"We needed to replace 23 windows and 3 doors that were 40 years old in our home. We had five companies out for quotes including Chic Home Services. Joey Chic, the owner, came out to our home on a Saturday afternoon and measured all of our windows and provided a quote for PGT windows including the permitting, entire installation, and screens. He was professional, direct, and knowledgeable and his quote was substantially lower than any of the other window companies. My husband is an architect and I’m a CPA- between the two of us we knew we were getting an excellent product and installation at a great price! Our installation team, Luis, Benjamin and Colin were great. They worked together like a well oiled machine. As they finished the windows they vacuumed up as they went along and also moved and covered furniture. Finally, excellent communication from Joey and the team on arrival times, progress, questions and follow up throughout the entire process.
